We deliver within South Africa. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and Contesto is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Professional services provided by Contesto are governed by separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or project contracts agreed in writing with each client. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to, and do not replace, any specific contractual terms. Any quotation provided is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Contesto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
